My name is Jason Jackson.  I work as a software engineer.  I am married to a wonderful woman that works as a professional geologist.  We have two cats (well, really kittens).  We all live in Rapid City, SD, one of the most beautiful cities in the nation in the heart of The Black Hills  I enjoy reading science non-fiction and science fiction, playing guitar, snowboarding, and learning new technologies.  Really exciting, huh?  I write this blog as a way of clarifying my thoughts.
